Our process consists of the following strategies when representing contemporary and traditional gospel music talents:
Developing the Artist talents and projects
Producing the Artist musical and vocal composition
Recording and releasing preferred artist projects
Promoting the artist through extensive marketing strategies (i.e., creating a market based on the artist music genre, creating international demands for the artist, distribution marketing processes, booking, and performances, etc).
We offer the following services:
Radio Servicing, Promotion, and Tracking
Established Relationships - We have already established the International Gospel Music Fellowship Network™ (IGMFN) name and have developed relationships with key music directors and announcers in the USA gospel music market as well as in Canada, Europe, Bahamas, and Africa, ensuring that our telephone calls are accepted and returned and that your CD is played. We won't stop until your music is in a rotational status and added to the playlist.
Professional Representation - Many music directors prefer not to speak with the artist, they prefer to speak with professionals who understand radio station operating procedures and the parameters in which music is added to their playlists. Our experience and relationships provide you with the professional representation needed to provide you the strongest opportunity for radio airplay across the Globe.
Direct Contact with Music Directors Weekly- Each music director has a specific time during the week in which professional radio promoters can call to find out about the record(s) they are promoting. The times vary from early in the A.M. hours to the mid-evening P.M. hours. We keep an updated database of which Music Directors take calls at which times - this information allows us to make direct contact via telephone with each Music Director on a weekly basis - making sure your CD is consistently promoted and each Music Director kept up-to-date on other stations and charts that your CD is on. All of this information is extremely important in trying to chart or gain your CD airplay as Music Directors are encouraged to increase the number of plays your CD receives based on the reaction from other radio stations and their listeners.

The marketing and sales team of the company will participate in the selection and design of art work as it relates to the company’s reputation, artist’s title, music and messaging. Posters, banners, and postcards will be used to present, announce and/or identify the artist and its products. The company will use its in-house graphics team as well as other third party graphics service providers to design and produce artwork. Final artwork and marketing strategy must be approved by the CEO before releasing to the public consumer base.
