Recognizing their divine anointing and even stronger vocal harmonies and solid music section — The Anointed Voicez have definitely gashed the barrier between traditional quartet and contemporary gospel music; as Houston's fastest emerging artist, they undertake both young and old audiences, contemporary and traditional gospel music with equivalent aptitude, anointing, flamboyancy, dignity and grace. The Anointed Voicez eight personnel line-up was founded and formed between Houston, TX and Ville Platte, La in December 2002, through the kindred of Bishop James K. Sayles, DeMarcus and Randle Arvie.  During this time, Bishop James Sayles and DeMarcus Arvie developed the group’s initial strategy and goals that consisted of God’s divine anointing exclusively; as a matter of fact, the kindred decided that the group would focus on God’s presence before soliciting any additional members.  This part of the strategy consisted of God’s leadership, prayer, fasting and consecrated thought processes.

In April 2003, four months after commencement, the group recorded its first project titled “Sweet Old Spirit”.  The project has proven to be equally anointed and in line with its goals.  As a result, the album has been setting ablaze the many radio stations and charted very well throughout the continental USA, as well as many international countries. The group is being professionally marketed and represented by its self-owned international record label, Con-Trad Music and Entertainment Group and Con-Trad Records.  The Anointed Voicez have been tapped by organizations such as the GMWA, Stellar Awards Committee, Bahamas Ministry of Tourism, Europe’s Talk Gospel, and others to provide pew burning and soul saving song Ministry. The group is one of very few to perform as special guest to the Bahamas famous Gospel Music Fellowship Conference being held on the Grand Island in the Bahamas.
